Each session is 50 minutes duration.

Sessions begin with a short 5-10 minute performance to set the scene for the students.

Shamita can then follow that with either:

– a single-routine workshop, teaching students a Bollywood dance and including an educational component about Bollywood, the dancing styles and cultural history; or

– keep it focused on students dancing the whole time, learning two short and simple contrasting routines, around 20 minutes each.

All sessions end with a 5-minute Q&A session.
